First of all, fear is at a very low vibration. If you
are in fear, your vibration will drop to a very low level and you will be able
to catch any disease easily. The immune system weakens due to the decrease in
vibration. So you will be exposed to various infections, but also to more
serious diseases. By the way, a person living in fear can also get
psychological illnesses, and a persecution mania can develop. Or, in a more
serious case, depression. And depressed people tend to commit suicide. A person
in fear is also under the influence of stress. As a result of stress, various
diseases develop, such as stroke, heart attack, and various allergies.
What can we do to not be afraid of anything?
When the feeling of fear comes to you, examine why you
are afraid of that thing or being (persons). Ask yourself what is the point of
fear.
Steps to overcome your fear and anxiety in the face of
anything:
1. Expand our knowledge and intellectual knowledge in
order to be well informed about things.
2. Avoid negative, depressing news, things that cause stress.
3. We raise our vibration through spiritual knowledge, through meditation
exercises and through prayers. With the help of prayers, contact only positive
beings.
4. We avoid those people and beings who want to instill fear in us. Because
they are called oppressors.
Only unethical but well-informed people cause fear in
not well-informed people.
